Quinoa

Easy quick quinoa dish

Ingredients
Onion chopped
Garlic minced
Red pepper chopped
Quinoa
Herbs
Oil (olive)
Stock cube 1/2
Salad

Add some oil into a small pan and heat, sauté up the veggies for a few minutes and then add quinoa. Allow to cook another minute – and pour in some water and add herbs (oregano, pepper, Italian herbs and 1/2 a stock cube)

Cover and simmer for 15mins and serve with a salad
