Protein Pancakes

Breakfast of champions!!!

25g Oats
1 scoop whey protein
20g flaxseed milled
200ml unsweetened almond milk
1 egg white
Coconut oil
Fresh strawberries
Fresh banana
Sugar free maple syrup

Put milk, protein powder, oats, white and flaxseed into the vitamix and blend.
Then add a small amount of coconut oil into a fry pan, add 1/2 the batter and allow to cook on one side should take about a minute. Flip and cook the other side, side on plate once cooked add fruit and syrup then cook the other one. Top the final pancake with fruit and syrup and enjoy!!
