Halloumi Salad

Grill Halloumi Salad
Light Halloumi
Lettice
Red Pepper
Broccoli
Cucumber
Cherry Tomato
Balsamic Vinegar
Hot Sauce
Cottage Cheese
In a bowl chop up and throw in lettuce, tomato and cucumber and spoon on the cottage cheese.
Slice the Halloumi and place on a hot fry sprayed with oil and then add the peppers, broccoli arround the sides. Flipping the halloumi every minutes and until grilled, then place over the salad. ( I break up the Halloumi into smaller pieces) add splash of balsamic vinegar and hot sauce and enjoy!
