Yes a protein smoothie
In a power blender (make sure it’s a glass jug- I use my fabulous kenwood kitchen chef titanium)
Hand full of ice (or 2)
Frozen mixed berries 150g
I scoop whey protein-strawberry flavour
Sprinkle of cinnamon
First keep speed on low as ice starts to breakdown into smaller piece- once roughly blended kick into high for a min and so- and serve!!
