Breakfast smoothie

So my son requested pancakes and smoothie “breakfast smoothie “!So here is the my breakfast smoothie:

In a glass blender (ensure the watts a high so you can crush ice- check that it has that functionality else you burn the motor out!)

10 small ice cubes
4 tbps plain yoghurt
1 banana
10-12 strawberries
Scoop of whey protein (strawberry flavour)
Dash of soya milk

Blend and enjoy! If not sweet enough then add either some stevia or algave nectar!

Yummy full of protein and fiber!
